Chileno Bay sits directly on one of the few swimmable beaches on the corridor, and residents use carts constantly between the residences, the beach club and the amenities. The distances are short and the roads are private, which makes a cart the natural way to move.
The catch is the air. Salt spray this close to the water attacks steel frames, fasteners and battery terminals faster than anywhere inland.

Couples who mostly go to the beach club and back do fine with a 4 seater, and it is the easier cart to tuck into a garage.
Where you can drive
Inside Chileno Bay the roads are private, so driving is fine. Golf carts are not street-legal on the public road or the federal highway outside the gates, so trips to San José del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas go by car or private transportation. We deliver by trailer, so the cart never touches the highway.
Buying and renting
New carts run $14,000 to $16,500 USD depending on model and configuration, delivered at no cost. Rentals are $85 USD per day for a 4 seater and $110 for a 6 seater, before 16% IVA, with delivery and pickup included from four days.
Owners who spend part of the year abroad benefit most from our lithium carts: a battery cut-off button plus automatic disconnection after fifteen days of no use, so the pack survives the summer.

Our mobile service vans handle maintenance, corrosion prevention, battery replacement and lithium conversions on any brand at your address in Chileno Bay. We also prepare carts for owner arrivals so the cart is charged and clean the day you land.
