Golf Cart Rentals Los Cabos, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Zycar Baja”), located at Carr. Transpeninsular Km. 43.5, Nave 7, Local 2, Puerto Logístico, Las Veredas, 23435 San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. Name, email address, phone number, address or delivery location, driver's license number, country and expiration date, a photo of the renter's and any additional drivers' licenses, electronic signature, and technical signature data (IP address, browser, date and time). We do not collect sensitive personal data. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored in our systems.

Primary purposes (required to provide the service): quoting, booking, delivering and picking up your rental; preparing, signing and keeping the rental agreement; verifying the identity and license of anyone driving; charging the rental, deposits, deductibles and damages under the agreement; and handling questions, claims and legal and tax obligations.

Secondary purposes: sending promotions and satisfaction surveys. If you do not want your data used for these purposes, write to golfcartrentals@zycarbaja.com; opting out does not affect the service.

Your data is shared without your consent only with authorities when required by law, with insurers or adjusters in the event of an accident, and with providers of technology, storage and payment services, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by sending a request to golfcartrentals@zycarbaja.com with your name, an ID, a clear description of your request and a way to contact you. We will respond within 20 business days.

We keep the signed agreement and signature evidence for as long as tax and commercial laws require, and then delete them securely.
